Taught entirely by experienced, working chefs and experts in the food industry Creative Culinary Institute of Korea (CCIK)'s intensive program in Koran culinary arts is funded through Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation and Korean Food Foundation in 2014. The mission of the program is to cultivate Korean cuisine specialists and offer successful careers, including, employment and start-up opportunities to foreigners. CCIK provides training in a wide range of Korean culinary arts and work readiness skills within the food industry in the short term. This will be a great opportunity for those who love Korean food or who are interested in career development in the food industry. ◎ Eligibility : The following individuals, who have good command of communication skills for understanding lectures and practices in English or Korean are eligible applicants for the program:

- Foreigners, who are in Korea for a long-term stay 

- Foreigners, who are in Korea for a short-term visit

- Overseas Korean

◎ Program Schedule

- Duration : November 18, 2014 ~ November 25, 2014 (8 days)

- Hours : 4 hours of lectures and 66 hours of Practices and Field Trips (70 hours in total) 

· REGISTRATION PERIOD : October 1, 2014 ~ October 31, 2014 (1 month)

· CLASS SIZE : Maximum of 20 student

3) Official documents from previous working experiences (Optional)

· APPLICATION REVIEW PROCESS : Document screening (Candidates will be informed of the admission decision individually two weeks before the program)

· PROGRAM SITE : Creative Culinary Institute of Korea (CCIK), Jeonju Korea

· TUITION : 800,000 (KRW)

(Government provided fund, 1,200,000 KRW may be used towards tuition)

*Tuition includes accommodation, uniforms and materials related to the program

*Flight ticket is not included in the tuition.
